The Your Charity Lottery team combines decades of charity fundraising experience to provide a friendly and professional service to both our members and our beneficiary organisations. We are a hard work bunch, based up in Hull at Dove House Hospice where our Lottery first began, but provide customer service support and charity expertise wherever a player or charity is based in Great Britain.
Our team is made up of office based staff, who are at the end of the phone to help members with any queries and who make sure the draw is run every week, and those who are based out in the community collecting payments and recruiting new supporters. What makes our team really special is the volunteers who work alongside our staff – we don’t know where we would be without them!
