Online Order Cancellation Policy 
Thank you for shopping with Your Charity Lottery! We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. 
 
This policy outlines our cancellation policy for online orders. 
 
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER? 
 
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. 
 
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER? 
 
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel your order by phone 0300 330 1500 or email yclorders@yourcharitylottery.org.uk. 
 
WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY RECIEVED MY ORDER? 
 
If you have already received your order and want to cancel it, you can return it to us for a full refund, however, the items must be in the same condition as issued. Any damaged items will not be refunded. Please see our Refund Policy for more information. 
 
EXCEPTIONS 
 
There are a few exceptions to our online order cancellation policy: 
Special order items: Special order items are items that are made to order or that are not normally stocked in our inventory. We cannot cancel special order items once they have been placed. 
Non-returnable items: Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable items, items that have been opened or used, and items that are made to order. We cannot cancel orders for non-returnable items. 
 
REFUNDS 
 
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped and have not yet received it, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If you have already received your order and want to return it, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.
