DOVE HOUSE HOSPICE 

Dove House Hospice was developed by the community, for the community and is the only facility in Hull and East Yorkshire providing expert, specialist palliative care within a caring and comfortable, homely environment. 

Lindsey Lodge Hospice & Healthcare 

Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare is an independent charity, which has been providing high quality, specialist palliative and end of life care to local people and families from North Lincolnshire and East Riding for over 30 years. 

CHCP Foundation 

City Health Care Partnership Foundation charity offers small grants to local voluntary and community groups to improve health & wellbeing in Hull, the East Riding, Knowsley, Wigan and St Helens. 

Health Stars 

Providing services to over 600,000 people in their service area, Health Stars work towards enhancing NHS provided mental health services as well as identifying priorities for improvement and championing requirements through their Circle of Wishes initiative. 

Special Stars Foundation 

Special Stars offer a variety of services with the aim of improving the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families in the Hull and East Yorkshire region by providing a diverse range of inclusive and accessible social activities. 

Health Way Foundation 

Health Way Foundation is an NHS charity which focuses on supporting both patient and staff well-being at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. We fund projects relating to environments, patient activities, staff well-being, innovation and non-essential equipment. 

TOFS 

TOFS helps those born unable to swallow due to the rare conditions, Oesophageal Atresia and/or Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula. Surgery is needed usually within days but is a fix not a cure, often leaving a legacy of swallowing, stomach and breathing problems, sometimes for life. 

The Katie Piper Foundation 

Raising funds to make it easier to live with burns and scars. In the last ten years, we have grown to deliver a range of services for survivors of burns and traumatic scars including rehabilitation services and restoration services. 

The Heath Tree Foundation 

Raising funds to improve patients experience at your local hospital. Your help means we can provide acute hospital and community services to a population of over 400,000 people across North and North East Lincolnshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire 

DPT Charity 

Devon Partnership Trust raises funds to make a difference to the lives of people who use our mental health and learning disability services. It provides a platform which encourages recovery, hope and wellbeing and creates closer links with the community.
